Hello dear TYPO3 enthusiastic,

Let me jump in the already moving train.

I've spent about an hour with Kasper at the last TYPO3BOARD discussing T3
documentation. His main concern was that we throw away his doc just for the
fun of it... He's pretty open to anything, as long as it helps. As he
already said, he doesn't need documentation for himself...

Good structure as always is a plus. ; )

Let me introduce you to the (almost empty) DocTEAM server...

http://docteam.typo3.org

As you can see under the documentation roadmap,
http://docteam.typo3.org/docteam/index.php?id=38

There's a small comment about Wiki and install doc.

I just want to let you know that I'm not playing the "I'm the leader" here.
Ok? I just want to be in the loop and my last wish is to spoil documentation
effort!

So, is it realistic to do a "shared" section for TYPO3 installation? If so,
a one-doc seems a better thing...

In my view, the Wiki is not the final doc but a bit like the blueprint area.
Once there's enough information and the structure is viable, someone take
the lead of putting it all in a nice standard OOo file to submit to
typo3.org.

Patrick

PS: TYPO3 (all caps is the product), typo3.org and typo.com are for URLs.
There's no Typo3 at all... ; )
