We in the DocTEAM would like to have a word about how to 
structure / integrate documents. But in this case we haven´t 
dicussed how to structure the Template manual(s) yet.

So if it is ok with you that we might come back about that in 
the future, then I think you should start writing!

To me this sounds like an Administrators manual, right? Then we 
could put a link to it from this page:
