[Typo3-doc] section heder level in the wiki ?

Hi,

I often see some section strangely starting at really low header level, 
why ?

==== This is my starting section at level 4 ====

If it's only for formatting purpose, why not adapt the stylesheet ?
or specify some local style setting, I think it's possible.

Any other reason ?
