Now it is working again by taking out the lines 35-37 in class.tx_dam_tsfeimgtag.php
// require_once(PATH_tslib.'class.tslib_pibase.php'); 
//require_once(PATH_t3lib.'class.t3lib_stdgraphic.php');
//require_once(PATH_t3lib.'class.t3lib_basicfilefunc.php');

Totally forgot to do that. So for me it works now, but still i would be interested which .php was missing and what consequences this step has now on the graphik works.
