[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.3.x TYPO3 4.5.20 link wizard not working

Hi Peter

This is a side-effect of enabling DAM relations also for header_link and 
image_link in 1.3. The link wizard for FlexForms now also generates DAM 
links (media:xxx) but extensions cannot handle it.

Until we come up with a solution, I suggest to just write the path to 
the template file in that field without using the link wizard.
