[TYPO3-dam] File>Filelist disabled but still visible

Hi list,

We have DAM 1.3.1 running on Typo3 4.5.19. After unchecking 'Enable 
File>Filelist' in the extension configuration, the Filelist is still 
visible; it appears all the way down, below the HELP modules.

If 'Enable File>Filelist' is checked, the Filelist appears directly 
above the MEDIA modules.

But somehow, we can't seem to get rid of the Filelist completely. On 
other installations, this problem does not occur. What might be the 
cause of this behaviour?
