[TYPO3-dam] DAM MEDIA integration in Extension

Hi The DAM development team,
a little dam integration question.
I use an extension that displayed 2 fields from tt_content. Sometimes, some links marked as missing link. No File has changed and the file still exists correctly. If i linked the file again another id is linked and the old one is marked as deleted.

Whats wrong, where is my error?
