i think i should make it by working directly with class  
dam/binding/mediatag/class.tx_dam_tsfemediatag.php
and its function typoLink($linktxt, $conf)

what do you think?

(i searched everywhere.. nobody has ever needed to typolink a DAM file  
 from a custom extension?)
