[TYPO3-dam] tx_dam_media_types sql error when install / update

Hello List,

There might be a bug when I install tx_dam extension in TYPO4.5 and
the newest dam extension. Everytime when I install or update,
following message is poping up:

	tx_dam_media_types 		Rows: 335 		 Table exists!

Can I ignore this?
