[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.1.7 release

The DAM Development Team is proud to announce the availability of DAM 
1.1.7.

This release has been long overdue, and includes bugfixes and small 
features. TER error caused version 1.1.6 to be skipped, so don't look 
for it.

Special thanks for this release goes to Lorenz Ulrich for organizing the 
bugtracker and Dmitry Dulepov for fixing some long outstanding bugs.
