It is on the translation server. Any change in the SVN will be ignored if
German language pack is installed. This is how TYPO3 works: language pack
overrides labels in the extension.

It is best to contact the German translation team. You will find contacts
here: http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/German-Translation-Team

You can also join if you want. Just ask somebody of the existing team
members for login/password. It is that easy. There is no obligation to
translate, you can just join to fix errors.
