[TYPO3-dam] 0011083: DAM duplicates Medias in Workspace - not solved

Hi

We tested the fix for "0011083: DAM duplicates Medias in Workspace" and 
it works within workspace.

But there is an additional problem:

-> If file is indexed/uploaded within workspaces, it gets indexed twice 
(also in live) because the list module only shows one record per file 
you just see it in the RTE media field.

There are two records in the database, one for workspace and one for 
live which leads to a lot of problems, like loosing data...

We would like to deactivate workspace for DAM or have this bug fixed, 
but both things are very hard work...

Somebody an idea? Now it's just broken, completely broken!
