[TYPO3-dam] dam_ttcontent: Use TYPO3 4.3 Hook tt_content_drawItem instead of XCLASS tx_cms_layout

can you make a patch request in the list typo3.teams.dam? This is the 
"official" way to announce patches which should be reviewed.
