[TYPO3-dam] clean filenames at file upload on Windows

I've just applied a patch from the:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=12360
and it solves the problem, except I didn't know how to set new
parameter: mod.txdamM1_SHARED.systemCleanFileName, so I just removed
condition from patch.

Does anyone know how or where to set this new parameter?

Best,
Mario
