[TYPO3-dam] dam_catedit: Can't create a category with a normal user

The group, which the user belongs to, has following rights:

 Modules:
Media, Media>List, Media>Categories

Tables (listing):
Media, Media Category

Tables (modify):
Media, Media Category

Allowed excludefields:
Media Category, every field with Media Category is selected

Those permissions are all set in the group, the user belongs to. Is there
maybe something else I'm missing?
