[TYPO3-dam] predefined access control

hi all,
i'm trying to figure out if it's possible to "precheck" the access 
control checkboxes in a dam file entry.

i mean the following thing:
- i select a file in the file list for editing
- then i change to the tab "Verwendung" (in german) - maybe "usage" in 
english
- there are to subareas "Zugriff login users" (maybe "access login 
users" in english) and "Zugriff Unbekannte" (maybe "access unknown 
users" in english)
- here i find 4 checkboxes "r, e, w, x" for "read, edit, write, execute"

Is it possible to pre-check these checkboxes via Typoscript/TSconfig so 
my customer doesn't have to check the right ones (r in x in both cases) 
every time he uploads a new file for frontend display?
