[TYPO3-dam] DAM and Workspace

Hi List,
After hours of googling i haven't found a solution for my problem.

I have some user, which are working in a custom workspace and have no rights
to publish content.  When these user upload a file, a new draft-record is
created in the Media-Folder and in the File-Views in the Download also
listed. But in the List-View is the Record not visible (and get only visible
after publishing the Record).

Is it possible to work with the Draft-Version in the Workspace and publish
the Media-Record after finishing work in the Page-Record?
