[TYPO3-dam] damd_gallery and DAM 1.1.1

Hello,

I'm ran into problems when I tried using damd_gallery 0.0.2 with the new 
DAM 1.1.1 under TYPO3 4.2.6.

The previous versions/combinations up to TYPO3 4.1.10 / DAM 1.0.15 were 
o.k., damd_gallery was running normal.

With TYPO3 4.2.6 / DAM 1.1.1 the damd_gallery extension seems not to get 
rendered anymore, the plugin doesn't show.

This is all thats left:

Extension templates are loaded as before, TS is configures as before, I 
didn't install new but just upgrade an existing system

Has somebody a hint?
