[TYPO3-dam] add dam media tab to links button.

Hi all,

How can I add the "media" tab in the browse links popup, when you add a link 
to an image.
In the RTE it's working, but if you select "image only" as content element 
and you want to add a link to the image you get the default popup again, 
without the media tab.
