[TYPO3-dam] Featue File Variants & extend dam_list_batch

Hi everybody,

because I am still unsure if I should decide to take DAM for the next 
project here are 2 followup questions:

- I have read that an upcomfing feature are the file variants. Is 
anybody on this? I know how it works, so there would be a nice donation 
for it.

- Is there a way to extend the batch process? I would need to set some 
custom fields within this great tool.
