[TYPO3-dam] DAM usage-tab and references

hello dam-list

after having uploaded and placed several hundred images in a website i 
wanted to check if the references are correctly set.

checking in DAM / File and then in the tab "Usage" i was shocked to find 
- besides correctly referenced images to pages and content elements - 
totally wrong references to pages.

is this probably due to a wrong indexing or what could be the problem?
