[TYPO3-dam] Patch for using t3lib_div::_GPmerged

Hi,

I just checked trunk out for a new project and the deprication log gets 
flooded with using TYPO3 4.3 because t3lib_div::GParrayMerged() is 
depricated.

I hope attachments work out fine here (why is there no bugtracker btw or 
  is the old one used)?

very simple to fix

thanks for the real cool extension and I guess I will do some more 
cleanup patches in the next time
