[TYPO3-dam] Indexing not working with Typo3 4.2

Hi there,

yesterday I updated a Typo3 Site to 4.2.1 and DAM did not work 
afterwards. I then downloaded the latest DAM version from typo3-forge 
and installed it.

I can upload files but after uploading I get an error:

Indexierung fehlgeschlagen

Meta record could not be inserted: Attempt to insert record on page 
'Media' (235) where this table, tx_dam, is not allowed


I get the same error when trying to add a new category in the list module:

1: Attempt to insert record on page 'Media' (235) where this table, 
tx_dam_cat, is not allowed

I am Admin on the website so it sould not be the access rights or DB 
Mount problems.
