[TYPO3-dam] Can´t edit files in DAM 1.0.14 with Typo3 4.2.2

done. and look very nice :-)


interestingly the old dependencies are gone:

former:
dam_index
dam_catedit
dam_ttcontent
dam_info

not dependent on:
dam_cron


now dam can be installed without other EXT.

so the question remains, which EXT i still have to install.

done. works fine now as admin.

BUT:
- by simulating a be_user there is still the edit button which remains  
grey.
- and still can't create new sub-categories as be_user.
