[TYPO3-dam] wrong dates in DAM

Hey,

Strange date converting when indexing files:

the date_cr and date_mod both state: 1289426400 (Wed, 10 Nov 2010 
23:00:00 +0100)
but are created : 1213172100 (06/11/08 10.15)


Can this be a bug or can it be considered as a leak in the space time 
continuum ??
