[TYPO3-dam] Configured search paths for external programs:

Hi guys,
Xavier, I added a not to that bug. Have experienced the same and since
used copies or hard links.
But it makes sense to use the SYS binPath and binSetup.
Please post a feature request in the bugtracker.
