[TYPO3-dam] merging extensions

Doubts about being able to raise money from our clients to whom we sold 
the DAM as a functioning tool and who may have trouble understanding why 
it was broken by TYPO3 4.2...

But I would like to have an estimated budget for making dam_catedit 
work. Only then can we try to raise that money.
