[TYPO3-dam] merging extensions

Hey Guys,

There was mention before of merging some of the extensions into DAM. dam_index 
would be a good example. You would not want DAM without indexing. Any ideas? Or 
would that be DAM 1.2?

@Peter - How about releasing the services as sv_ extensions?
