[TYPO3-dam] T3 4.2.0 DAM 1.0.101 Translation handling

Hi List,

finally I figured it out. Here is the guide for all that are facing the 
same problem:

In "Web > List" create "Alternative Page Language" for each web page 
language. The title of the new record does not matter but the 
correspondending "Language" needs to be selected.
