[TYPO3-dam] T3 4.2.0 DAM 1.0.101 Translation handling

Hello again,

I still could not solve the problem.
- finally I found that in "Web > List" I can add "Alternative Page 
Language" to the Media SysFolder.
But still there is no translation option in "Media > List".

Has anyone a hint for me how I can get my DAM to use translations.
