[TYPO3-dam] forge project

Hello Andreas,

I suppose it is to also move the DAM development to TYPO3's new development 
platform on forge.typo3.org.

Which by the way looks like a much better platform than sourceforge regarding 
to communicate with the community, foster a open development process and 
maybe also streamline the information in the team.

The forge project is going to be the new central develop platform for the 
TYPO3 community, as I understand it.
