[TYPO3-dam] Localize DAM Category

Ok I FINALLY got it to work...I just installed the snapshot version of 
dam anf ignored the warning where it said I need at least 4.1 (I have 
4.0.9)...and now it works...thanks so much for you help, seeing it work 
in the testenvironment finally got me to fix this ;) Thanks!
