[TYPO3-dam] Localize DAM Category

Erik,

The screens were made with the lastest Snapshot-Version from
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Dam#Install_the_latest_nightly_snapshot_version
I'd recommend to upgrade (after backup of the old ones);
