[TYPO3-dam] Localize DAM Category

Ok I thought this was solved but apparently it isn't. I did EVERYTHING
you said, but if you take a look at your last screenshot, I even have
the [Localization] Column for Media, but unlike in your 10. Step I have
no (!!!) Localization column for Media Category. Althought I see it for
Media I do NOT see it for categories. Using DAM 1.0.13 which I figure is
the latest version. How can this be? I was so confused to see the
localization on Media but NOT on the categories...
