[TYPO3-dam] DAM indexing requires imagemagick > 4.2.9

Steffen,

4.2.9 is IMHO wastly outdate, however I guess a patch that works with 
recent AND old version (in case possible) would be the best option. I 
guess one might also check the IM version and have a switch for the 
different params.
