[TYPO3-dam] mm_dam_filelist

After installing the ext I got following php error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ')' in
[path]/typo3conf/ext/mm_bccmsbase/lib/class.mmlib_tree.php
on line 208

all needed ext are installed as latest version.

I'm using

TYPO3 4.1.7
PHP 4

Any idea?
