Upload your template file.
Open Web->List module
Change to your Templavoila datastructure sysfolder
Create a new and empty Templavoila Datastructure, give it a title,
and choose type "page template". Save and close.
Create a new and empty Template Object, give it a tile, the uploaded
file, select your datastructure, save and close.
Open Web->Templavoila, change to the sysfolder and create your mapping
the usual way.
