[TYPO3-dam] T3 4.2.0 DAM 1.0.101 Translation handling

Hi List,

in the previous T3 version, the "Media"-SysFolder had a "Localization 
view" to "Create a new page translation".
This languages then could be used in DAM.

Unfortunately in Typo3 Version 4.2.0 SysFolders don't show the 
"Localization view" and therefore can not be translated.

How is translation handling now done?
