[TYPO3-dam] Patching ccmetaexec

Hi,

I'm about to patch extension ccmetaexec. Who should I contact when I'm 
ready?

Stuff to patch:

- Page size is not extracted with current version of pdfinfo (perhaps it 
worked once, perhaps not, currently it does not work for a minor typo)
- Some dates are not converted correctly
- Title is not extracted
- Page size, once extracted, is given in points and this unit is not 
handled natively as such. I suggest implementing the TODO I find in 
source code to convert it to mm or cm (or inch if I may find out current 
locales)
