[TYPO3-dam] Meta Data file replace

Hi,

if I replace a DAM-File with the replace function and use the same file 
name - all Metadata is lost after replacing.  If the new filename is 
different from the "old" filename everything works well.

Any Ideas?

I use Typo3 4.1.1 and the newest DAM extensions out of TER
