[TYPO3-dam] handling data outside of teh document root

Hi Thomas,

although you're using an .htaccess now, I want to tell you that I've 
such an configuration running without any problems.

/var/www/
   | - private
       | - userhome
   | - htdocs

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['lockRootPath'] = /var/www/private/

Filemount path: /var/www/private/userhome/

A bug in the indexing algorithm with such setup is fixed in the last 
version: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4215
