[TYPO3-dam] hl_dam_gallery lightbox with caption or description (typo3

I have run into the same issue with TYPO3 4.1.1 and hl_dam_gallery 0.6.0.

The preferences are set at:
[useIPTC]=0
[cscCaption]=display:block;
[showTitle]=1
[showCaption]=1
[showDescription]=1
[showCat]=1
[showKeywords]=1
[showCreator]=1
[showPublisher]=1
[showCopyright]=1

Yet only Title shows. The pieces seem to be assembled in class.tx_hldamgallery_pi1.php, but I can't see where those pieces get left out.

Let's keep looking, because it would be good to get that info in.
