[TYPO3-dam] DAM News don't work anymore. Why?

Hi.

Since the upgrade from 1.0.8 to 1.0.10 (and Typo3 4.0.4 -> 4.1 Upgrade),
I can't add files to my news anymore :(
What can I do??


I need DAM News to get direct links to my files.
I don't want a copy in my media-folder for each file I include in my 
news.. :(

Without DAM News, I get:
http://foo.org/uploads/media/something_XX.doc
(XX = number of inclusions, like 01, 02, 03, ...)

But I want:
http://foo.org/fileadmin/something.doc

I want direct links and not just copys.

Without DAM News, I can add files to my news, but I get this stupid 
file-links. With DAM News, I can't add any files.



Please help me..
