All publishing or "only" publishing of records on a page that has a "page

AFAIK it the break should not occur for "element versions" of a record. But 
OTOH all relations (also "insert record" elements and TV stuff) break when 
you publish a "page version".

This "behaviuor" is built-in as new elements (with new uids) will be 
created for a new page version. So to fix the breaking for DAM, you need to 
fix the breaking for TYPO3 in general.
