[TYPO3-dam] folder to category

Hey Rene,

Thanks for checking that. I distinctly remember that I could Index a whole
directory with subdirectories and generate the categories from folder names
without having to create them first. Maybe someone made an extension at that
time for that. I tried to find it again, but with no luck. So that might have
caused the misunderstanding about this. Never knew it should work like you
explain down here.
