[TYPO3-dam] Access denied in Media>File

a) What's the exact URL of the right error-frame ?
eg. on my box that would be:
http://localhost/typo3conf/ext/dam/mod_file/index.php?&SLCMD[SELECT][txdamFolder][F%3A%2Ft3%2Fsport10%2Ffileadmin%2F]=1
as fileadmin resides in f:\t3\sport10\fileadmin\

b) Did index all files in Fileadmin at least once? (are there records in 
tx_dam ?)
Media > Indexing > fileadmin/ >>> NEXT NEXT ...
