[TYPO3-dam] Funny behaviour when using uncommon folder-names

Good evening.

Today a client of mine, created a new Filefolder within the DAM.
He gave it the name "something...".

So the three dots at the end make this Folder unaccessable - the  
Message is: "This Folder does not exist".

If i want to delete it within the DAM, it tells me "... Should'nt  
happen here".

I deleted it over FTP.


Maybe there should be a filter, which deletes the dots in a Foldername?
