Yes, but then i definitly need mmforeign cause of 'userProcessClass' => 
'EXT:mmforeign/class.tx_mmforeign_tce.php:tx_mmforeign_tce' or not?

That was my point: if you are going to skip txdam_getMediaTCA()'s 
dependency on mmforeign extension...
