[TYPO3-dam] dam_tweaks

hi

The extension dam_tweaks which is placed in the beta and RC packages was meant 
to collect dozens of tweaks for the DAM extension which might not be useful 
for everybody. The reason for seperating it was to keep the dam extension 
clean.

Currently there are just 2 simple things in it. Unless more tweaks will be 
sent to me which can be included I will not to put it in TER. 
Just to let you know.
