[TYPO3-dam] translating/localizing dam categories

use the beta. The alpha had a braindead bug which will trash your record 
title's.

As I mentioned. I thought there would be a tree/category solution in TYPO3 
itself sometimes. That did not happen yet.

I would like to provide a solution fo FE, but I don't think that will make it 
into the 1.1.
